UPSTREAM ARTISTS' COLLECTIVE

Deadline: October 1

Now entering its second season, the Upstream Artists’ Collective of Brooklyn, New York is looking for script solicitations from local, national, and international playwrights, that have a focus on environmental and climate change concerns with a story-driven, rather than didactic approach. Upstream Artists' Collective's season will engage the practice of “greenwashing”: businesses falsely marketing their products and services as sustainable. Upstream seeks writers that can use this as inspiration for exciting and provocative new plays. More Information
