Krista Williams

Roundtable and Casting Director

Headshot of Krista Williams

Krista is a member of The Lark's artistic staff working across many of our on-site programs. She loves it here. She originally fell into The Lark's world back in 2006 while working on a BareBones production of Lloyd Suh's American Hwangap, returned throughout the years to moderate Winter Writers' Retreats and participate in Roundtables, and officially joined the team in 2014 as Roundtable Director. Krista has also served as the Literary Manager and Resident Dramaturg at Transport Group and as a Literary Associate at Yale Repertory Theatre. She has worked on various projects in New York with New Dramatists, OSF's Play On! series, New Georges, Page 73, NYMF, Invisible Dog, Dixon Place, TCG, and Primary Stages, and regionally with the Denver Center Theatre's New Play Summit, Parallel 45, and the Interlochen Shakespeare Festival. Krista has been a guest at Hedgebrook, a participant in artEquity's facilitator training, and in residence developing work at SPACE on Ryder Farm. She's on the summer theater faculty at Interlochen Center for the Arts where she works with some pretty awesome high schoolers in the north woods, and holds an MFA in Dramaturgy from the Yale School of Drama.
